Those in employment who are responsible for undertaking risk assessments, developing procedures and maintain the safety management system.
Course Overview
This open programme assesses the competence of those with health and safety responsibility. The NVQ has two levels, level 3 and Level 4. Level 3 is designed for those in a hands on role involving health and safety. Level 4 is designed for those with the authority to develop and implement a safety management system and undertaken detailed assessments.

Our Approach
Our NVQ programme offers a flexible approach to achieving the recognised qualification awarded by city and guilds. Supported by an experienced and qualified health and safety practitioner. Candidates build a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate competence across the NVQ areas. This portfolio is then verified by an internal verifier who ensures that candidates are achieving the standards across the centre.
